CRM Update Agents are AI agents in Recruiterflow that help you keep your database up to date without the manual work.

Instead of filling out custom fields every time you upload a file, add a note, or log a call, the agent reviews the information and suggests updates to system and custom fields automatically.

What is the purpose of the CRM update agent?

Recruiters often deal with large amounts of data. While our resume parser fills in system fields during parsing, many updates (like details from a note, call log, or email) still require manual entry.

The CRM Update Agent solves this problem by:

  • Scanning files, notes, emails, calls, or other activities on a candidate profile

  • Suggesting values for missing or outdated fields (such as title, company, LinkedIn profile, email, skills, etc.)

  • Letting you accept or decline suggestions before updating the profile

This ensures your database stays accurate and complete with minimal effort.

How much time do I save with the CRM update agent?

By removing the need to manually re-enter details, the CRM Update Agent saves recruiters an average of 2 to 5 minutes per profile update.

However, the core advantage here is the fact that recruiters can completely eliminate the step of keeping the profiles updated. This entire operation can eventually be managed by AIRA, letting recruiters focus more on conversations and placements.

Where does the CRM Update Agent appear?

All the CRM Update Agents are available in the AIRA Agents Hub.

  • You can enable/disable any agent with a single click

  • Configure the agents on what profile properties they can be used on

  • See the entire agent activity log, including no. of uses, who used them, where, what changes were made

Once enabled, the CRM Update Agents are available across multiple areas of a profile in Recruiterflow, including:

  • Files (on individual files and under the Files tab in profiles)

  • Notes

  • Emails

  • Scorecards

  • Calls (on candidate profiles)

  • Custom Activities

  • Chrome Extension (LinkedIn) – visible only when the profile matches the candidate loaded in the extension
