In Recruiterflow, the Org Chart gives you a visual map of who reports to whom inside any client company — so you always know who the decision-makers are before you pick up the phone.

The chart lives on the Company profile page and is built from the "Reports To" relationships your team sets on individual contacts. Once at least one reporting relationship exists for a company, the Org Chart tab appears automatically.

Note: The Org Chart only shows contacts that have at least one reporting relationship set. Contacts with no relationships defined will not appear here.

Opening the Org Chart

  1. Go to the Company profile for the client you want to view.

  2. Click the Org Chart tab next to the Company name on top.

  3. The chart loads automatically. If the tab is not visible, it means no reporting relationships have been set for any contact at this company yet.

Reading the Chart

Each contact appears as a card showing their name and job title. The lines connecting the cards represent reporting relationships -- a line going upward means "reports to."

  • Top of the chart = the most senior contact with no manager defined above them.

  • Below them = their direct reports, and so on down the hierarchy.

  • Multiple top-level contacts can exist if your team has mapped separate reporting chains (for example, two different business units within the same company).

Navigating the Chart

To find a specific contact quickly: Use your browser's zoom (Ctrl/Cmd + scroll) to zoom in and out. You can also click and drag to pan across larger org charts.

To jump to a contact's position in the chart from their profile: Open any contact profile and click "View in Org Chart." This opens the Company Org Chart with that contact's card highlighted.

Viewing Hierarchy from a Contact Profile

You do not need to go to the Company page every time. On any contact profile, you will see a mini org chart that shows:

  • The person they report to (one level up)

  • Their direct reports (one level down)

Each node in the mini chart is clickable and opens the respective contact's profile. To see the full company hierarchy, click "View in Org Chart" from within the mini chart.
