Every recruiter works differently. Some want to see emails front and centre on every profile. Others spend their day in notes and calls. Until now, the activity panel on every record showed the same set of activities for everyone, in the same order, every time — with no way to set a personal default.
Activity Customisation fixes that. It lets you define exactly which activities appear on each record type (Candidate, Contact, Job, Company, Deal, Placement) and ensures those preferences are applied every time you open a new profile.
What You Can Do
Set your default activity view per entity — choose which activities are visible by default on Candidate, Contact, Job, Company, Deal, and Placement profiles, independently of each other.
Search and select from the full activity list — find activities quickly using search, or use Select All for a clean slate.
Auto-reset on profile load — enable the "Reset to default when a new profile loads" toggle so your saved defaults kick in every time you navigate to a new profile, even if you changed activities mid-session.
Override on the fly — change visible activities directly on any record page without touching Settings. Great for one-off deep-dives.
Where to Find It
Activity defaults are set in Settings > Record Customisation. There is a separate section for each entity — Candidate, Contact, Job, Company, Deal, Placement — in that order.
On any record page, the activity selector sits directly in the activity panel, with the same search and Select All functionality available inline.
Note: Changes made in Record Customisation apply to your account only. They do not affect your teammates' activity views.
