How to Connect Your Dialpad Account to Recruiterflow

Step-by-step guide to connecting Dialpad to your Recruiterflow workspace, selecting your calling number, and confirming the integration is active.

Written by Amritanshu Anand

Setting up the Dialpad integration takes a few minutes and requires Admin access in Recruiterflow. Once connected, all workspace members can make calls and send texts through Dialpad without any additional setup on their end.

Before you start

  • You need an active Dialpad account. If you don't have one, sign up at dialpad.com before proceeding.

  • You must be an Admin in Recruiterflow to access Integrations settings.

  • If you want call recordings to appear in Recruiterflow, make sure call recording is enabled in your Dialpad account before connecting.

How to connect

  1. Go to Settings in Recruiterflow.

  2. Click Integrations in the left sidebar.

  3. Find Dialpad in the list of available integrations, select that and click Connect.

  4. You'll be redirected to Dialpad's login page. Sign in with your Dialpad credentials.

  5. Review the permissions Recruiterflow is requesting and click Allow to authorize the connection.

  6. Once back on Recruiterflow, you'll be prompted to select a Dialpad number to use for calls and texts.

  7. Choose your number from the dropdown and click Save.

Note: If you want the recording in Recruiterflow, make sure to also enable the "Enable call recording" box as shown in the image

Confirming the integration is active

After saving your number, the Dialpad integration card should show a connected status. To verify everything is working, navigate to any candidate profile and look for the Call and SMS options, they should now be available via Dialpad.

Things to know

  • Only one Dialpad number can be active at a time. You can change the selected number at any time from the Integrations settings page.

  • If you already have Twilio or another calling integration connected, switching to Dialpad will replace that integration for calls and SMS.
