What you can do
Once Dialpad is connected, every member of your workspace can:
Make calls to candidates and contacts directly from their profile in Recruiterflow
Send and receive SMS messages from within Recruiterflow
Access call recordings linked to each candidate or contact profile
All call and text activity is logged automatically on the candidate or contact's profile so your team always has full context before the next conversation.
How it works
The integration connects your Dialpad account to Recruiterflow via OAuth. Once connected, Recruiterflow uses your Dialpad number to place calls and send texts. After a call ends, Dialpad sends the recording and call details back to Recruiterflow via a secure webhook, these appear automatically on the relevant profile.
Note: Ensure you have enabled call recording on both Dialpad and Recruiterflow to sync recordings on profiles.
What you need before getting started
An active Dialpad account
Admin access in Recruiterflow to connect the integration
Call recording enabled in your Dialpad and Recruiterflow account settings (for recordings to appear in Recruiterflow)
