RingCentral users can connect their account to Recruiterflow to make outbound calls and send SMS directly from the platform. Once connected, calls and texts are logged automatically on candidate and contact profiles.
Connecting RingCentral to Recruiterflow
In Recruiterflow, click the Settings icon in the top-right corner.
In the left sidebar, go to Integrations.
Under Telephony, select RingCentral from the dropdown.
Click Connect.

You'll be redirected to the RingCentral login page. Sign in with your RingCentral credentials, then click Authorize on the next screen. If prompted, confirm your emergency address.
Configure your calling and SMS numbers
After authorizing, you'll be returned to Recruiterflow. Set your preferred SMS number and Calling number from the dropdowns that appear, then click Save.
That's it β RingCentral is now connected. You can make calls and send texts directly from any candidate or contact profile.
Things to know
Each team member connects their own RingCentral account individually under their personal settings.
Calls and SMS are logged automatically after they're completed β no manual entry needed.
If you disconnect and reconnect RingCentral, you'll need to re-select your calling and SMS numbers.
