Using AIRA Intelligence on Deal Pages

Query anything about a deal — pipeline history, emails, notes, calls, and more — directly from the deal profile using AIRA Intelligence.

Written by Amogh Balikai

Every deal in Recruiterflow has a story - how it moved through the pipeline, who's involved, what's been discussed, and where it stands today. AIRA Intelligence on the Deal page lets you get answers to all of it instantly, without hunting through tabs or scrolling through activity logs.

Where to Find It

Open any Deal profile in Recruiterflow. On the right side of the page, you'll see a panel with tabs: Notes, Tasks, Calls, Email, Activity, and AIRA. Click the AIRA tab to open the intelligence panel.

The panel loads with a greeting and a few starter prompts to show you what you can ask. Type your question in the Ask AIRA box at the bottom and hit send.

What You Can Ask

AIRA draws from the pipeline stage history, contacts, notes, emails, calls, tasks, and recent activity logged on the deal profile. Here are examples of what you can ask:

Get a quick deal summary

  • "Summarise this deal."

  • "Where does this deal stand right now?"

  • "What's happened on this deal in the last 30 days?"

Pipeline and stage history

  • "How has this deal moved through the pipeline?"

  • "How long has this deal been in the current stage?"

  • "When did this deal move to Qualified to buy?"

Contacts and involvement

  • "Who's involved and what's linked to this deal?"

  • "Which company and contact are associated with this deal?"

  • "Who is the owner of this deal?"

Emails, calls, and notes

  • "What emails have been sent on this deal?"

  • "What was discussed on the last call?"

  • "Are there any notes flagging risks or blockers on this deal?"

Tasks and next steps

  • "Are there any open tasks on this deal?"

  • "What's the next step on this deal?"

  • "Has anything been missed or left unresolved?"

Things to Know

  • AIRA can only surface data that exists in the deal profile. If a field is empty or an activity hasn't been logged, AIRA won't be able to answer questions about it.

  • AIRA works on the deal you have open. It won't pull data from other deals or compare across your pipeline.

  • The more consistently your team logs calls, notes, and emails against deals, the more accurate and useful AIRA's answers will be.
