The Deals - Days in Stage report shows you how long deals typically spend in each stage of your pipeline, and whether that time is increasing or decreasing compared to the previous period. Instead of exporting data to a spreadsheet and calculating averages manually, you get this in one view inside Recruiterflow.

What you can do with this report

  • Spot pipeline bottlenecks: see which stage deals are sitting in the longest, so you know where to focus process improvements or coaching conversations.

  • Track trends over time: each stage shows a % change vs. the equivalent prior period (red if deals are slowing down, green if they're moving faster).

  • Drill into specific stages: click any stage to see exactly which deals are contributing to that average, with deal name, owner, company, and days in stage.

  • Filter by pipeline: if you run multiple deal pipelines, you can isolate one or compare a selection of them together.

  • Group by Deal Owner, Team, or Manager: understand how different people or teams perform at each stage.

  • Export the data: download a summary table or raw deal-level data for external analysis.

  • Add to your Dashboard: pin the report (with your current filters applied) so it's visible to your whole team on the main dashboard.

What's in this report

The current version of the report shows a data table with average days per stage, period-over-period % change, and stage drill-down. A bar chart view is coming in a future update.
