Cloning a Project in AIRA Source

Start a similar search from an existing Project, yours or a teammate's, without changing the original.

Written by Amogh Balikai

Cloning copies a Project's filters into a brand new Project, so you can adjust it for a similar role without touching the source Project or its candidate list.

How to clone a Project

  1. Open the Project you want to clone, yours or one shared with you

  2. Click Clone

  3. Recruiterflow creates a new Project with the same filters

  4. Adjust the filters, name, or job association as needed

  5. Save it as its own Project

Example

Your teammate built a Project for "Backend Engineers, Series B startups." A new role comes in for a similar profile but in a different city. Instead of rebuilding the filters from scratch, clone their Project, change the location filter, and save it as a new Project. Their original Project and its candidates stay untouched.

Things to know

  • Cloning copies filters only, not the candidate list or activity history

  • You can clone any Project you have access to, not just your own

  • The cloned Project is owned by whoever clones it
