How weekly auto-refresh works in AIRA Source Projects?

Understand how a saved Project keeps finding new candidates automatically, and what the New tag means.

Your search keeps working after you save it

A Project doesn't just store your search filters. It re-runs them automatically every week and adds any new matching candidates it finds.

How it works

Once a search is saved as a Project, Recruiterflow checks weekly for candidates who newly match your filters, people who weren't in the results before, whether because their profile just updated or they just became discoverable.

Any new match gets added to the Project's candidate list automatically and tagged New, so you know exactly who's worth a second look without re-scanning the whole list.

Example

Say you saved a Project for "Senior Product Managers, San Francisco, Fintech." This week, three new profiles match those filters that didn't exist in your original search. All three appear in your Project automatically, tagged New, with no action from you.

Things to know

  • Auto-refresh runs on a weekly cycle, not in real time

  • There's a limit to how many new candidates can be added per refresh cycle

  • The New tag clears once you've reviewed or actioned the candidate
