Associating a Project with a job in AIRA Source

Link a Project to an open job so candidates added from it land directly in the Sourced stage.

Written by Amogh Balikai

You can attach an open job to a Project when you create it, or add one later. Once a job is attached, any candidate you add to your database from that Project is placed automatically into the job's Sourced stage.

How to associate a job

  1. Open the Project

  2. Click on Update Project Details

  3. Under Associated job, pick the job you want to associate the project with

  4. Click Save Project

Example

You save a search for "VP Engineering, Series C, Bay Area" and associate it with your open VP Engineering role at Acme Corp. Every candidate you add from that Project, this week or in a future weekly refresh, is placed straight into the Sourced stage on the Acme Corp job. No manual filing.

Things to know

  • A Project can have one associated job at a time

  • Changing the associated job doesn't move candidates already added under the previous job

  • A Project doesn't need an associated job to work, association is optional
