Instead of opening each candidate individually, select several at once from inside a Project and take action on all of them together.
Available bulk actions
Add to Database – bring selected candidates into your database
Add to Job – assign selected candidates to an open role
Add to Sequence – launch outreach to selected candidates immediately
How to use bulk actions
Open a Project
Select the checkbox next to each candidate you want to act on, or select all
Choose an action from the bulk action bar
Confirm the action
Things to know
Candidates already in your database are automatically excluded from "Add to Database"
If the Project has an associated job, candidates added via "Add to Database" go straight into that job's Sourced stage
Bulk actions apply only to the candidates you've selected, not the entire Project
