Using Bulk Actions on the Pipeline Tab

How to select candidates in Table view and run Move Stage, Disqualify, Email, Add to Sequence, and Update Fields in bulk.

Written by Amogh Balikai

Bulk actions let you act on a group of candidates in one go. They're available both in Kanban and Table view.

How to run a bulk action in Table View

  1. Select the candidates from a stage in the pipeline. You can either select all the candidates in that stage or few.

  2. Then simply drag and drop them to the stage you want. Done.

  3. Or you can select an action from the action bar on top as seen in the image.

How to run a bulk action in Table View

  1. Switch to Table view.

  2. Click a stage in the stage bar to focus on one stage.

  3. Tick the checkbox on each row you want, or tick the checkbox in the column header to select everyone in the current view.

  4. The bulk action bar appears. Choose your action.

Available actions

Action

What it does

Move Stage

Moves all selected candidates to the stage you pick.

Disqualify

Disqualifies all selected candidates. They move to the Disqualified group.

Email & Phone Lookup

Finds the email and phone number of the selected candidates.

Add to Sequence

Opens the sequence picker for the selected candidates.

Update Fields

Opens the Update Field workflow for the selected candidates.

One stage at a time, for now

At the moment, bulk actions work on candidates from a single stage. To act on a group, pick the stage in the stage bar first, then select the candidates in it.

Example

Ten candidates have been sitting in the screening stage for a week. Click that stage in the stage bar, select all ten, and choose Add to Sequence to start a follow-up.

Things to know

  • Your selection clears when you change the stage filter or switch to Kanban view. Select again after either.

  • Kanban view doesn't support bulk selection.

  • Email and Add to Sequence follow the same bulk limits as everywhere else in Recruiterflow.

  • You need candidate visibility on the job to use bulk actions.
