Overview: The Pipeline Tab on the Adaptive Job Profile

What the Pipeline tab is, what you can do in it, and who can see it.

Written by Amogh Balikai

The Pipeline tab is where you work every candidate on a job without leaving the job. It sits in the tab bar of the Adaptive Job Profile and shows candidates in two views, Kanban and Table, with search, filters, and bulk actions built in.

What you'll find

  • A header with two counts. Total Candidates and In Pipeline show the size of the search at a glance.

  • Kanban view. One column per stage. Drag a card to move a candidate.

  • Table view (coming soon). One row per candidate, a stage bar with live counts, and optional columns, including your job's custom fields.

  • Search and filters that work in both views.

  • Bulk actions in Table view for moving, disqualifying, emailing, and sequencing groups of candidates.

Built around how you work

Which view you use, which fields show on Kanban cards, and which columns show in the table are your own choices, saved for you. A teammate can run the same job in a completely different view without changing yours.

Familiar where it counts

Kanban cards behave the way they do on the Jobs page. Click a card to open the candidate, or drag it to a new stage to move them.

Who sees it

You see the Pipeline tab if you can see candidates on the job. Admins can move the tab to a different position in the tab bar, but nobody can hide it. The tab isn't shown on the Client Portal or the External Recruiter Portal.
