Is my view saved?
Yes. Your Kanban or Table choice, Kanban card fields, table columns, and collapsed Kanban columns are saved for you and carry over to your next session.
Will my teammates see my columns and cards?
No. These settings are personal. Each person sets up their own view of the same job.
Can I hide the Pipeline tab?
No. Admins can move it to a different position in the tab bar, but it can't be hidden or disabled.
Why is Disqualified not where I expected in my stage order?
Disqualified is always pinned toward the end of the stage bar and the Kanban board, whatever order your account uses for its other stages.
Can I export the candidate list from the Pipeline tab?
Not from this tab at the moment.
Can I edit a candidate's name, job title, or company from the table?
No. Open the candidate's profile to edit those fields.
Does disqualifying someone reduce Total Candidates?
No. It lowers In Pipeline by 1 and leaves Total Candidates unchanged.
Can I filter on custom fields from other jobs?
No. Only the custom fields for the job you have open are available.
Do clients see the Pipeline tab in the Client Portal?
No. The tab isn't shown on the Client Portal or the External Recruiter Portal.
What happens on a job with no candidates?
The tab still appears. Both counts show 0, Kanban shows empty stage columns, and Table view shows an empty state.
