Kanban view lays your pipeline out as a board, with one column per stage. It's the fastest way to see where everyone is and to move candidates along.
Switch to Kanban
Open the job and click the Pipeline tab.
Use the view switcher in the tab header to choose Kanban.
Your choice is saved, so the tab opens in the same view next time.
Reading the board
Columns follow your account's pipeline order.
Each column header shows the stage name and a live count of candidates in that stage.
Disqualified is always pinned toward the end of the board in the bottom, however your account orders its stages.
There's no stage bar in Kanban. The columns themselves are your stage navigation.
Collapse columns you don't need
Any column can be collapsed from its header, which is useful when you only care about two or three stages. Collapsed columns stay collapsed the next time you visit, and the setting is yours alone. If you collapse every column, the board looks empty but the headers remain. Expand any header to bring its candidates back.
Work with cards
Open a candidate: click their card.
Move a candidate: drag the card into another column. Both columns' counts update straight away.
Change what's on the card: use the Customise icon in the header. See "Customizing Kanban Cards and Table Columns."
By default, cards show the candidate's name (always on), company, LinkedIn link, a star, and days since they entered the stage. Hover states, starring, and drag-and-drop work the way they do on the Jobs page Kanban.
Things to know
Dragging follows the same stage rules as the Jobs page Kanban, so any required fields or prompts for a stage still apply.
On jobs with very large candidate pools (500 or more), Kanban may take longer to load. Search or filter to narrow the board, or use Table view.
