Every job card in Recruiterflow gives you two ways to view candidates: Grid (a spreadsheet-style table) and Kanban (a stage-by-stage board). Switch between them at any time — your preference is saved per job.
How to switch views
Open any job card.
Look for the view toggle next to the job title at the top of the page.
Click the Grid icon for a table layout, or the Kanban icon for a stage board.
Grid vs. Kanban — which to use
Grid view shows all candidates in a sortable, filterable table. Best for bulk updates, quick scans, and exporting data.
Kanban view shows candidates grouped by pipeline stage. Best for visualizing workflow, spotting bottlenecks, and moving candidates between stages.
Things to know
The toggle is per job — switching view on one job doesn't affect others.
Filtering, searching, and sorting work in both views.
Kanban columns are based on your pipeline setup. If a stage is missing, check the pipeline configuration in Workspace Settings (Admin only).
