Who this is for: All users. The Kanban view is one of two ways to view your deals — the other is the new Table view.

The Kanban view gives you a visual, stage-by-stage view of your deals in a single pipeline. It is the default view on the Deals page and works the same way it always has — with added pipeline filtering and card customization.

Switching to Kanban view

The Deals page now supports two views: Kanban and Table. Your last-used view is remembered per user.

  • If you are in Table view, click the Kanban view toggle at the top of the Deals page to switch back

  • The view preference is saved at the user level and persists across sessions

Filtering by Deal Pipeline

The Kanban view shows one pipeline at a time.

  1. Use the Deal Pipeline quick filter at the top of the page to select which pipeline to display

  2. The board will update to show only the stages and deals from that pipeline

  3. The Deal Pipeline filter is separate from other filters — it is a dedicated selector, not part of the standard filter panel

Tip: The pipeline you have selected in Kanban view becomes the default pipeline when you create a new deal from the Kanban board.

Using Views and Segments

The Kanban view supports Views and Segments — the same system used on the Candidates table.

  • Default segments: All Deals, My Deals

  • Custom views: You can add up to 5 views on the Deals page

  • Segments are shared across both Kanban and Table view

Important: If you switch to Kanban view from a segment that includes a Deal Pipeline filter, that filter will be removed. Kanban only supports one pipeline at a time.

Quick filters available in Kanban view

  • Deal Pipeline (single select)

  • Deal Owner

  • Company

  • Search — searches by Deal name, Deal company, or Deal contact name

Customizing Deal Cards

You can choose which fields appear on deal cards in Kanban view.

Always visible on every card:

  • Deal Name

  • Deal Owner

  • Associated Contact

  • Associated Company

  • Expected Revenue

  • Moved to Stage X days ago

Optional fields (choose up to 4):

  • Expected Close Date

  • Upcoming Activity (Email or Task)

  • Custom fields

To customize:

  1. Click Customise Deal Card in the quick filter bar

  2. Select the fields you want to show (up to 4 optional fields)

  3. Click Apply

Things to know

  • Kanban view only shows deals from one pipeline at a time

  • The Deal Pipeline quick filter is always visible and always single-select in this view

  • If a stage is reordered by an Admin while you are on the Deals page, refresh to see the latest order

  • Up to 5 custom views can be added — shared between Kanban and Table view
