Using the Table View on the Deals Page

How to use the new Table view on the Deals page — viewing deals across all pipelines, columns, filters, and segments.

Who this is for: All users. The Table view is a new way to see your deals across all pipelines in one place.

The Table view on the Deals page lets you see deals from all pipelines in a single list. Unlike Kanban view — which shows one pipeline at a time — the Table view defaults to showing every deal across every pipeline, making it easier to work with a high volume of deals or compare across pipelines.

Switching to Table view

  1. Go to the Deals page

  2. Click the Table view toggle at the top right of the page

  3. Your view preference is saved — the next time you open the Deals page, it will open in the same view you last used

What you can do in Table view

Filter by pipeline or owner

Use the quick filters at the top of the table:

  • Deal Pipeline — filter to one or more pipelines

  • Deal Owner — filter by the user assigned to the deal

Use Views and Segments

  • My Deals is available as both a default View and a Segment

  • You can add up to 5 custom views (shared with Kanban view)

  • Segments are shared across Kanban and Table view — changes to a segment apply in both places

Choose your columns

Use the Column Chooser to select which fields appear in the table. Deal Pipeline is available as a column and will show which pipeline each deal belongs to.

  1. Click Column Chooser (or the column settings icon)

  2. Toggle the columns you want to show or hide

  3. Your selection is saved

Search and filter

Use the standard Filters panel to apply more specific filters. Deal Pipeline is available as a filter here in addition to the quick filter.

Things to know

  • Table view shows deals across all pipelines by default — use the Deal Pipeline quick filter to narrow down

  • The Deal Pipeline column is available in the column chooser and in exports

  • Segments created in Table view are also visible in Kanban view (and vice versa) — they are not view-specific

  • If a segment uses a Deal Pipeline filter, that filter is removed when you switch to Kanban view (Kanban only supports one pipeline at a time)

  • Up to 5 custom views can be added — this limit is shared between Table and Kanban view
