Reading the Project Overview tab in AIRA Source

Understand the candidate counts and growth chart shown on a Project's Overview tab.

Written by Amogh Balikai

Every Project has an Overview tab that summarizes its activity: how many candidates it's found, how many made it into Recruiterflow, and how it's grown over time.

What's on the Overview tab

  • Total candidates – everyone the Project has ever matched, including this week's new additions

  • Added to Recruiterflow – how many of those candidates have been added to your database

  • Added to job – how many were placed into the associated job's Sourced stage, if the Project has one

  • Growth chart – a 12-week view of how the candidate count has grown as auto-refresh adds new matches

Example

A Project that started with 40 candidates and has been running for eight weeks might show 63 total candidates on the Overview tab, with the growth chart showing a steady weekly increase as auto-refresh adds new matches.

Things to know

  • The growth chart only reflects candidates added by auto-refresh, not candidates manually added by your team

  • "Added to job" only appears if the Project has an associated job
