My layout changes aren't showing up
Cause: changes in the Layout Settings editor don't go live until Publish is clicked.
Fix: reopen the editor and click Publish. If you already published and teammates still see the old layout, ask them to refresh, the update applies on next page load.
Job Highlights counts show 0
Cause: either there's genuinely no pipeline activity yet, or the pipeline stage mapped to that metric was deleted or renamed in your account's stage configuration.
Fix: check with your Admin whether the relevant stage mapping still exists in Settings.
A card I added is missing from the Details tab
Cause: it was added in the editor but the change was never published, or it was removed by someone else and republished.
Fix: open the Layout Settings editor and check the current draft state against the published state.
