Permissions: Who Can See and Run The Kickoff Agent

The permission required to see and run the Create Job from Kickoff Call Agent, and how it differs from admin configuration.

Written by Amogh Balikai

Seeing the Create Job from Kickoff Call Agent on a meeting requires the Job Create permission. Users without it won't see the agent surfaced on the meeting page or meeting card, even if the meeting was flagged as a kickoff call and the agent is enabled for that meeting type.

This is separate from the Admin-level meeting-type configuration described in "Settings: Enabling the Kickoff Call Agent by Meeting Type." Think of it as two independent gates:

  • Admin gate: Is the agent turned on for this meeting type at all?

  • User gate: Does this specific user have Job Create permission?

Both have to be true for a recruiter to see and run the agent on a given call.

Practical example

A recruiting coordinator without Job Create permission sits in on a kickoff call and opens the meeting page afterward. Even though the call was flagged as a kickoff and the agent is enabled account-wide, they won't see the "Create Job from Kickoff Call" option — only team members who can create jobs will.
