How to Run the Create Job from Kickoff Call Agent

Step-by-step: triggering the agent, reviewing the suggested fields, and creating the job.

Written by Amogh Balikai

Turn a kickoff call transcript into a new job in a few steps.

  1. Open the meeting page for a call flagged as a kickoff call, or the meeting card on the contact's profile.

  2. Click Agents available and select Create Job from Kickoff Call.

  3. Wait while AIRA analyzes the transcript. You'll see a loading screen with the contact's name, title, and company while it works.

  4. Review the field mapping screen. Each row shows a Field Name, the Suggested Value AIRA pulled from the call, and the Action Taken.

  5. Edit any field that needs a correction. Job Title, Company, Contact, Department, and Location are always shown; other fields only appear if AIRA found a value for them.

  6. Click Create Job once all mandatory fields have a value. Click Cancel to discard the run without creating anything.

Practical example

A recruiter finishes a 20-minute kickoff call with a hiring manager about a new Senior PM role. Instead of writing up the job from memory, they open the meeting page, run the agent, and get a pre-filled job title, department, and location pulled straight from the call — they just confirm the salary range the hiring manager mentioned and click Create Job.

Things to know

  • Company Name and Contact Name are pulled from the meeting itself and aren't editable inline — they link out to the associated records instead.

  • Job Description is always the last field and populates from the transcript only if role scope was actually discussed on the call.
