Create Job from Kickoff Call Agent FAQ

Answers to common questions about the Kickoff Call Agent — access, credits, accuracy, and editing.

Written by Amogh Balikai

Why don't I see this agent on a call I just had?

The agent only appears on meetings AIRA's kickoff call classifier has flagged as a kickoff. If the call wasn't classified that way, or classification hasn't finished processing yet, the agent won't be available. You also need Job Create permission to see it.

Can I edit the fields the agent suggests?

Yes, for most fields. Company Name and Contact Name are the exceptions — they're pulled directly from the meeting and link out to the existing records instead of being editable inline.

What happens if I close the field mapping screen without creating a job?

Nothing is created. The run is logged on the Agents page timeline with a dash in the Details column, so there's a record that it was reviewed and abandoned.

Can this agent update an existing job instead of creating a new one?

No — this agent only creates new jobs. If the call matches an existing open job, use the open job match warning to navigate there instead of creating a duplicate.
