Troubleshooting: Job from Kickoff Call Agent Not Appearing or Not Working

Fixes for when the Create Job from Kickoff Call Agent doesn't show up, won't run, or produces incomplete results.

The agent isn't showing up on the meeting page.

Check three things in order: whether the meeting was actually classified as a kickoff call by AIRA, whether the agent is enabled for that meeting type in Admin settings, and whether you have Job Create permission. Any one of these being false will hide the agent.

The suggested fields are mostly empty.

AIRA only fills a field if the relevant detail was actually discussed on the call. A short or vague kickoff call will produce a sparser field mapping screen — this isn't a bug, it's a reflection of what's in the transcript. Fill in the gaps manually before creating the job.

I ran the agent but no job was created.

Check the Agents page timeline table for that run — if the Details column shows a dash instead of "Job Created," the run was abandoned before the recruiter clicked Create Job.

I'm seeing a duplicate warning I don't understand.

See "Understanding Duplicate Warnings in the Kickoff Call Agent" — both warning types are non-blocking and can be dismissed if you've confirmed it's not actually a duplicate.

The Create Job button is disabled.

This means at least one mandatory field — Job Title, Company Name, or Contact Name — is still empty. Fill in the missing mandatory field to enable the button.
