Before you create a job from the agent, Recruiterflow checks for two situations that might mean you're about to duplicate work — and shows a warning banner if either applies. Neither warning blocks you from proceeding; they're there so you can make an informed call.
Warning 1: Agent already run on this meeting
Shown when this same agent was already triggered on this exact meeting before. This usually means someone already created a job from this call, or someone started a run and abandoned it.
Warning 2: Open job match
Shown when the suggested Job Name closely matches an existing open job — scoped to the same company where possible. The warning includes a link to the matched job, and if there's more than one close match, they're all listed.
Practical example
A recruiter runs the agent on a kickoff call for "Senior Backend Engineer" at a client that already has an open "Senior Backend Developer" role. The agent flags the open job match — the recruiter checks the linked job, realizes it's the same role being re-discussed, and cancels the run instead of creating a duplicate.
Things to know
Both warnings can appear at the same time.
You can dismiss either warning and proceed anyway — Recruiterflow won't stop you from creating the job.
