The Create Job from Kickoff Call Agent reads the transcript of a kickoff call and builds a new job for you — pulling out the job title, department, location, salary, and other details discussed on the call so you don't have to re-enter them by hand.
This is an on-demand AIRA agent — it doesn't run automatically. It only appears on meetings that AIRA has already classified as a kickoff call, and a recruiter has to trigger it manually and review the results before a job is created.
Use this agent right after a kickoff call with a hiring manager or client, when the call covered a new role. It's most useful for agencies that run frequent intake calls and want to eliminate the manual step of writing up a new job afterward.

What it does not do:
It doesn't create a job from calls that weren't flagged as kickoff calls, and it doesn't auto-create the job without your review — you always see and approve the fields before the job exists.
