Most card types can be added more than once to the same view — including twice in the same column — each with its own name and its own settings.
Steps:
In the Layout Editor, click on 'Add card' in any column where you want to add a second, similar card or drag the same card type into the layout a second time.
Rename the new instance (view-scoped, up to 60 characters) so it's distinguishable from the first.
Configure its settings independently — for example, two Fields (Properties) cards can each show a different field category.
Example: A Fields card showing "Compensation" fields and a second Fields card showing "Screening" fields can both live in the Middle column, each named accordingly, with no conflict.
Things to know:
Renaming an instance only affects that view; it doesn't rename the card type everywhere else.
