Set up the Deal profile so it surfaces what your desk actually needs first, without hunting through cards you never use.
This is the point of building profiles as workspaces rather than fixed records: the same underlying deal data, arranged differently depending on whether you're running BD, managing delivery, or leading the team. You can configure this at three levels, Organization, Team, or Individual, so standardization and personalization aren't a trade-off.
How to customize your layout
Head to Settings > Adaptive Workspaces > Deal
You can choose to edit the Standard view, or create a new view altogether by clicking on the + New View button in the top right corner
Add, remove, or drag cards into any of the columns based on what you want to see where. You can also reorder cards vertically within a column by dragging them.
Once done, give your view a name, select who you want to share it with and then click Publish View.
Which cards are mandatory
The Associated Company Card, Associated Contact Card and Associated Job Card must each appear in at least one of the three columns. You can move them, but you can't remove them entirely from the layout.
Which cards support which columns
Associated Contact, Associated Company, Associated Job, Properties, Tasks, Upcoming Activities, Files, Data Highlight — available in all three columns.
Recent Activities, Notes, Conversations — Column 2 only.
Practical example
A BD-heavy team wants Associated Contact and Associated Company visible immediately, so they move both to Column 1's neighboring columns and push Files and Tasks lower. A delivery-focused team instead prioritizes the Associated Job Card once deals start closing. Same Recruiterflow data underneath, two different working views on top.
Things to know
Your layout is saved per user and persists across sessions and devices.
The information shown inside a card (its fields) isn't configurable from the layout editor, only which cards appear and where.
Card removability follows standard layout-editor permissions set by your Admin, so leadership can still standardize where it matters while leaving room for individual setup elsewhere.
