Scorecards live inside the Jobs card and follow a 3-level side sheet: Overview, then Detail, then Decision History.
Key model: there's one shared scorecard per stage per job-candidate pair, not one scorecard per interviewer. It's collaborative, so multiple contributors add to the same record.
Decision History is append-only, meaning past decisions are preserved rather than overwritten as new ones are added.
Steps: open a job entry on the Jobs card → Scorecard → Overview to see the summary, drill into Detail to add your input, and check Decision History for the full record.
