Once a scan finishes, Recruiterflow notifies you two ways so you don't need to keep the results page open while it runs.
In-app notification
You'll get an in-app notification linking directly to the results page as soon as the scan completes.
Email notification
You'll also get an email with the same link to your results, in case you're not in Recruiterflow when the scan finishes.
Who gets notified
Only the admin who triggered the run gets notified. Other admins on the account won't be notified unless they triggered that specific run.
Example: You trigger a run before lunch and step away. By the time you're back, you have both an email and an in-app notification waiting, both linking straight to your results.
