Run the Duplicate Companies Detection Agent any time you want to check your company database for likely duplicate records — after a big candidate import, a LinkedIn sync push, or just as routine data hygiene.
Steps
Go to the AIRA agent directory.
Open Duplicate Companies Detection Agent.
Click Run now.
While it runs
The button changes to a disabled Running… state with a status message: "Scanning your CRM for duplicate companies. This takes around 10 minutes — we'll notify you when it's done."
You can navigate away or close the tab. The scan runs in the background and doesn't depend on your browser session staying open.
When it's done
You get two notifications, both linking straight to your results:
An in-app Recruiterflow notification
An email with the same link
Example
An admin at a 40-person search firm runs the agent after a quarter of LinkedIn candidate imports. Ten minutes later, an email arrives: "Duplicate scan complete — 34 clusters found." Clicking through lands directly on the results page, sorted with the highest-confidence, highest-impact clusters first.
Things to know
You can run the agent once every 24 hours per account. If you've already run it in the last 24 hours, Run now is disabled and shows the next available time.
A run can't be cancelled once it starts.
Only admins see this agent in the directory.
