No. The agent uses smart similarity matching, not word-for-word comparison, so it recognizes variants like "Google," "Google LLC," and "Google, Inc." as likely duplicates even though the text differs.
Can I undo a dismissal if I change my mind?
Not directly from the results page — dismissing a pair is meant to be a considered decision, since it prevents that pair from resurfacing. If you dismiss a pair by mistake, you can still merge those two companies manually from their profile pages at any time.
What happens to activity history when I merge two companies?
Merging uses Recruiterflow's standard company merge primitive — contacts, jobs, and activity history from the duplicate roll into the parent company, the same as merging any two companies manually.
How often should I run this?

Why can I only run it once a day?
Each scan covers your full company dataset, so running it more frequently wouldn't surface meaningfully new results within the same day. The 24-hour window also keeps the review workload manageable — a small, regular batch is easier to work through than an overwhelming one.
Does this also catch duplicate candidates or contacts?

Does it matter which admin triggers the scan?
Any account admin can trigger a run. Whoever clicks Run now is the one attributed to all the merge and dismiss actions taken on that run's results, and the one who receives the completion notification.
