Who this is for: Recruiters, Managers, and Agency Owners who want to spot which open jobs are progressing and which are stalling.
What the Hiring Velocity filter does
The Hiring Velocity filter in Jobs Advanced Search shows you open jobs based on how many candidates moved into a specific stage within a time window you choose. Instead of opening every job to check pipeline progress, filter your Jobs list to instantly see which roles are moving and which need attention.
Where to find it
Go to Jobs → Advanced Search and add the Hiring Velocity filter from the filter list.
What you configure
Stage: the pipeline stage you want to measure movement into.
Candidate count and operator: is, is less than, is more than, is less than or equal to, is more than or equal to, or is between.
Time window: since the job was last opened, or within the last N days.
The filter only considers open jobs, and it counts stage movements using whichever counting mode (Actual or Fill Skip Over) your account is set to. See Fill Skip Overs vs. Actual for how that affects counts.
