Who this is for: Recruiters and Managers filtering the Jobs list by pipeline movement.
Add the filter
Go to Jobs → Advanced Search.
Click Add Filter and select Hiring Velocity.
Choose the Stage you want to measure.
Pick an operator: is, is less than, is more than, is less than or equal to, is more than or equal to, or is between, and enter the candidate count.
Set the time window: Days Since Job Open (counts from when the job was last opened) or Last N Days, and enter the number of days.
Click Apply.
Example
A Recruiting Manager wants to find jobs where fewer than 3 candidates have reached Client Submission in the 30 days since the job opened. They set Stage to Client Submission, the operator to is less than, the count to 3, and the window to Days Since Job Open with 30 days. Applying the filter returns every open job stuck below that submission threshold, so they know exactly where to focus.
Combining with other filters
Hiring Velocity works alongside your other Jobs Advanced Search filters, like Department, Job Recruiter, or Job Status, so you can narrow results to a specific team or role type before applying velocity criteria.
Save it as a view
Once your filter combination is useful, save it so you don't have to rebuild it. See How to save a search in Recruiterflow.
