When you save an email as a template from the composer, it doesn't sit in a separate "quick templates" list; it goes straight into your shared template library, the same one templates built in Settings → Templates live in.
Where to find it
Go to Settings → Templates → Email Templates.
Find the template by the name you gave it when saving from the composer.
It appears with the same Template Type it inherited when you saved it (Candidate Email or Contact Email).
It also appears immediately in the template dropdown inside the email composer, anywhere that template type is relevant, you don't need to leave the composer or refresh anything to use it again on your next email.
Editing after the fact
A template saved from the composer is edited the same way as any other template from Settings → Templates. You can rename it, change its subject or body, adjust merge fields, add attachments, or change its Template Type at any time. Edits apply going forward and don't change emails that have already been sent.
Things to know
There's no separate management screen for composer-saved templates. They're managed exactly like templates created in Settings. See How to Create Email Templates in Recruiterflow.
If two templates end up with the same name, Recruiterflow doesn't merge or overwrite them, both appear in the dropdown, so use a distinct name when saving from the composer.
