Admins, recruiters with edit scope, recruiters with view scope, and external users each get a clear set of actions on the contact profile, so every person works inside the access you gave them.
Use this when you set up roles, or when a user asks why a button is missing. The contact profile adds no new permission model. Contact access, entity-level access, and field-level edit rights decide what each user sees and changes.
Who can see the page and its cards
A user needs Contact access to open a contact profile.
A user also needs access to Deals, Jobs, or Companies to see the contents of those cards.
Top-left card fields are editable or read-only based on the user's field-level edit permission.
