How AIRA fills in Skills and Experience

After generating a job description, AIRA fills the Skills and Experience section when it is empty.

Written by Amogh Balikai

Save time on structured job requirements: after AIRA writes your job description, it reads that description and fills the Skills and Experience section of the job, but only when that section is empty.

How it works

  1. You generate a job description with the Job Description Generator.

  2. AIRA reads the finished description and identifies the skills and experience it asks for.

  3. If the job's Skills and Experience section is empty, AIRA fills it in.

  4. If the section already has content, AIRA leaves it unchanged.

Example

Your generated description asks for "5+ years of experience, strong Python and AWS skills". If Skills and Experience is empty, AIRA adds Python and AWS as skills and 5+ years as experience.

Things to know

  • AIRA never overwrites existing Skills and Experience entries. Clear the section first if you want a fresh fill.

  • The fill is based on the job description, so a short description gives fewer skills.

  • Review and edit the result. You can change it like any other entry.
