How to Re-engage Non-Responders from a Previous Campaign

Re-engage candidates who didn't respond to a past campaign by pulling non-responders from Advanced Search and adding them to a new campaign.

When a campaign ends, not everyone replies — but that doesn't mean they're not worth re-engaging. You can pull a list of non-responders from any past campaign and drop them straight into a new one.

Step 1: Find candidates who didn't respond

  1. Add the filter Campaign and select the campaign you want to follow up on.

  2. Set the campaign status to Finished.

  3. Click Done to run the search.

This returns everyone who was in that campaign but never replied.

Step 2: Add them to a new campaign

  1. Select the candidates you want to re-engage — use the checkboxes to pick individual profiles, or select all.

  2. Click Add to Campaign in the toolbar that appears.

  3. Choose the new campaign from the dropdown and confirm.

Those candidates are now enrolled in the new campaign.

Things to know

  • The Finished status covers candidates who completed the campaign sequence without replying — it doesn't separate "didn't open" from "opened but didn't reply." If you need that distinction, check campaign analytics before selecting candidates.

  • A candidate already active in another campaign will still be added — Recruiterflow doesn't block this. Make sure you're not double-sending to the same people.

  • The new campaign's first message goes out based on its own schedule — there's no delay just because someone was in a previous campaign.
