Recruiterflow integrates with Twilio for outbound calling and SMS. If you want incoming calls to your Twilio number to ring on your actual phone, you can set up call forwarding using Twilio Studio.
Before you begin
Make sure you have admin access to your Twilio account. You'll need Voice, Studio, and Phone Numbers pinned in your Twilio console sidebar. If they aren't there yet, pin them from Develop → Explore Products.
Step 1 — Create a Studio Flow
Log in to console.twilio.com.
In the left sidebar, go to Studio → Flows.
Click the + icon to create a new flow.
Name your flow (e.g., "RF Call Forwarding") and select Call Forwarding as the template.
Step 2 — Configure the forwarding number
In the flow editor, open the Connect Call To widget.
Set the connection type to Single Number.
Enter the number you want calls forwarded to — your mobile or office line.
Click Save, then click Publish at the top of the page.
Step 3 — Assign the flow to your Twilio number
In the sidebar, go to Phone Numbers → Active Numbers.
Click the number you want to forward calls from.
Under Voice & Fax → A Call Comes In, set the handler to Studio Flow and select the flow you just created.
Click Save.
Things to know
Call forwarding applies to incoming calls only. Outbound calls made from Recruiterflow still go through Twilio as normal.
If you change your Twilio number in the future, you'll need to assign the Studio Flow to the new number as well.
This setup is done entirely in Twilio — no changes are needed inside Recruiterflow.
