When someone exists in Recruiterflow as a candidate but you also need them as a contact (or the other way around), you can clone their profile in a couple of clicks. All their details carry over automatically — no re-entry needed.
Clone a candidate as a contact
Open the candidate's profile
Click the three dots (⋯) next to their name
Select Clone as contact
A contact profile is created immediately with all the candidate's details copied over.

Things to know
The original profile is not deleted. Cloning creates a new profile — the source profile stays intact.
Both profiles are independent after cloning. Changes to one won't sync to the other.
All basic details copy over — name, email, phone, and other profile fields. Job history and activity from the source profile do not transfer.
