If someone in your database needs to exist as both a Candidate and a Contact, cloning creates a linked Contact record from an existing Candidate profile.
Steps: three-dot menu → Clone as Contact → confirm.
Things to know:
This creates a new, separate record, it doesn't convert the Candidate into a Contact or remove the original.
Entity type is always clearly labeled in the profile header, so it's easy to confirm you're looking at the right one after cloning.
