Assign a win probability to each deal stage so Recruiterflow can calculate a weighted forecast of your pipeline value. It allows you to prioritize deals in a stage.
What it is
Win probability is a percentage you set on each deal stage that represents how likely a deal in that stage is to close. Recruiterflow uses these percentages to calculate weighted pipeline value in your CRM reports.
How to set or change the win probability for a stage
Go to Settings → CRM Settings.
Click the edit icon next to the pipeline you want to update.
Click the edit icon next to the specific stage you want to change.
Click the Win Probability dropdown and select a percentage.
Click Save.
Things to know
Win probability is required for every stage — you can't save a stage without assigning one.
Probability is configured at the stage level and applies to all deals in that stage — it can't be set per individual deal.
