Control how many campaign emails Recruiterflow sends each day — for individual campaigns and across your whole workspace. Setting sensible limits protects your sender reputation and keeps your domain out of spam filters.
What these limits do
Two separate limits live in your campaign settings:
Maximum emails per day across all campaigns — a hard ceiling on the total number of campaign emails sent from your workspace in a single day, across every active campaign.
Maximum emails per day per campaign — a cap on how many emails any one campaign can send per day. When a campaign hits this limit, it pauses and resumes automatically the next day.
When either limit is reached, pending emails queue automatically — no manual restart needed.
How to set campaign email limits
Go to Settings → Profile → Mailbox .
On Manage section click on settings icon.
Enter your preferred value for Maximum Emails per Day across campaigns and/or Maximum Emails per Day per Campaign.
Click Save.
Practical example
You have 500 candidates in a nurture campaign and set a per-campaign daily limit of 200. Recruiterflow sends 200 emails on day one, 200 on day two, and the remaining 100 on day three — all automatically, without you needing to restart or touch the campaign.
Things to know
Recruiterflow recommends keeping daily sends at 60 or under per sender for the safest deliverability. See Campaign Email Sending Limits Overview for the full recommended ranges and risk breakdown.
If you're regularly hitting limits and need higher volume, adding multiple senders to your campaign is the most effective approach. See How to Add Multiple Senders in a Campaign.
If no limit is set, Recruiterflow will send all campaign emails without a daily cap — which can hurt deliverability for high-volume senders.
