Email campaigns are an essential tool for recruiters to engage with candidates and clients effectively. However, sending too many emails from a single sender can lead to a higher risk of being marked as spam, which can negatively impact your campaign's success.

To address this challenge, we have introduced a new feature that allows you to add multiple senders to a campaign. This not only improves email deliverability but also ensures higher engagement rates and better overall communication.

Why Should You Add Multiple Senders to a Campaign?

Adding multiple senders to a campaign offers several advantages:

  1. Improved Email Deliverability: By distributing the emails across multiple senders, the volume of emails sent from each sender is reduced. This decreases the chances of any one sender being flagged by spam filters, leading to improved deliverability and better visibility in recipients' inboxes.

  2. Reduced Risk of Campaigns Being Marked as Spam: When a single sender sends a large number of emails, email servers may detect it as spammy behavior. Using multiple senders spreads out the email traffic, minimizing the risk of your campaigns being flagged as spam. This helps protect your domain's reputation and keeps your emails reaching the right people.

  3. Higher Engagement Rates Through Personalized Communication: With multiple senders, you can maintain a more consistent and personalized communication style. If a recipient has previously engaged with a particular team member, the smart sender assignment will prioritize that team member to send the next email. This personal touch increases the likelihood of further engagement.

Steps to Add Multiple Senders in Campaigns

Adding multiple senders to your email campaigns in Recruiterflow is straightforward. Follow these steps to set it up:

Step 1:

From your Recruiterflow dashboard, click on the “Campaigns” tab in the left sidebar. This will open the Campaigns page, where you can manage all your email campaigns.

Step 2:

To create a new campaign, click on the “+ Add campaign” button.

Or, to clone an existing campaign, find the campaign you want to replicate, and click on the “Clone this campaign” option from the campaign’s three-dot action menu.

Step 3:

In the campaign setup window, enter necessary details like the campaign name, and campaign type, and Schedule and click on the Sender(s) box.

From the drop-down, select the senders you want to add to the campaign.

Step 4:

If you wish to assign a sender who has received replies from recipients in the last 6 months, check the box as shown in the image.

This way, our smart sender assignment will map the sender accordingly.

Step 5:

Once everything is set up, click on “Create campaign” to save your changes.

Ensure you've added the email steps and recipients to your campaign. The emails will now be distributed among the selected senders according to the smart assignment rules.
