Spreading campaign emails across multiple senders keeps any single inbox from hitting spam thresholds — and lets Recruiterflow automatically route each email to whoever already has the strongest relationship with that recipient.
What It Does
When you add more than one sender to a campaign, Recruiterflow distributes outgoing emails across those team members. Turn on smart sender assignment and the system prioritizes whichever sender received a reply from that contact in the last 6 months — so follow-ups feel personal without extra manual work.
How to Set It Up
Step 1: Open Campaigns
Click Campaigns in the left sidebar.
Step 2: Create or clone a campaign
Click + Add Campaign to start a new one. To reuse an existing campaign's structure, click the three-dot menu next to it and select Clone this campaign.
Step 3: Add your senders
In the campaign setup window, fill in the campaign name, type, and schedule. Click the Sender(s) field and select all the team members you want to include as senders.
Step 4: Enable smart sender assignment (optional)
Check the box labeled "Assign a sender who has received replies from recipients in the last 6 months". When enabled, Recruiterflow routes each email to whoever last got a reply from that contact — maximizing the chance of engagement.
Step 5: Save and configure
Click Create Campaign. Add your email steps and recipients. Recruiterflow will distribute emails among your selected senders from there.
Things to Know
A sender must have their email account connected in Recruiterflow to appear in the list. If someone is missing, ask them to connect under Settings → Email.
Smart sender assignment only activates when a prior reply thread exists within the last 6 months. If none exists, Recruiterflow assigns a sender from the pool.
You can add or remove senders on an existing campaign by editing it — no need to create a new one from scratch.
Per-sender daily send limits still apply. If you've set email send caps, those caps apply per sender, not per campaign total.
