If your custom fields aren't appearing in the Recruiterflow Chrome Extension, the fix is a one-time visibility setting in Workspace Settings. Custom fields are hidden from the extension by default — you have to explicitly enable each one.
How to enable a custom field for the extension
Go to Settings → Custom Fields (or visit recruiterflow.com/settings#custom-fields directly).
Find the custom field you want to show, and click Edit.
Under Visibility, check the box next to Chrome Extension.
Click Save.
Once saved, the field will appear in the CUSTOM FIELDS section of the extension when you open a candidate or contact profile on LinkedIn. Click the pencil icon next to Custom Fields to expand the edit panel and fill in the value.
Things to know
Only Admins can change custom field visibility — this is a Workspace Settings change that affects everyone on the team.
You need to enable this separately for each field you want visible in the extension.
After entering a value in the extension, hit Update at the bottom of the panel to save it to the candidate's profile.
If a field is enabled but still not showing, try refreshing LinkedIn and reopening the extension.
