Set the default font Recruiterflow uses for new job descriptions, so every job you create starts with your preferred style without manual formatting.
Where to find it
Go to Settings → Job Settings. Scroll to Default Font Used for Job Descriptions.
How to set it
Go to Settings → Job Settings.
Find Default Font Used for Job Descriptions.
Choose your preferred font from the dropdown.
Click Save.
Example
An agency standardizes on Arial for all client-facing job postings. An Admin sets this once in Job Settings, and every new job description created afterward uses Arial by default — recruiters can still override it on individual jobs if a client requests a different style.
Things to know
This is a workspace-level setting, typically configured by an Admin in Job Settings.
The fonts available are widely supported across all major browsers.
Changing this default doesn't retroactively update existing job descriptions — only new ones created after the change.
This is separate from your personal default font for emails and calendar invites, which is set under Settings → Profile.
