Find every candidate who doesn't have a resume or any other file attached to their profile, so you can follow up and request missing documents.
How to find candidates without files
Go to Advanced Search and select Candidates.
Click Add Filter and select File.
Choose Does Not Exist as the condition.
Apply the filter to get a list of every candidate with no file attached to their profile.
Example
A recruiter is prepping a bulk outreach campaign and wants to make sure every candidate has a resume on file before sending personalized emails with attachments. They run this search, get a list of 40 candidates missing files, and send them a quick request to upload their resume.
Things to know
"Files" here covers any file type attached to the profile (resumes, cover letters, etc.), not just resumes specifically.
Save this as a Saved Search if you want to periodically check for candidates missing documentation.
