Share a public link to a candidate's profile so they can upload missing files (like a resume or portfolio) directly — without needing a Recruiterflow login.
How to get the public profile link
Open the candidate's profile.
Click the three-dot menu (⋮).
Select Get Public Link.
The link is copied to your clipboard. Share it with the candidate over email or text.
What the candidate sees
When the candidate opens the link, they see their basic profile details and an option to upload files. Once they upload a file, it's added to the Files section of their profile in Recruiterflow, and an activity is logged noting the upload.
Controlling what candidates can see
You can hide specific fields from the public profile view:
Go to Settings → Client Portal Settings.
Find the public profile field visibility section.
Select the fields you want to hide from the dropdown.
Click Save.
Example
A recruiter has a strong candidate but is missing their latest portfolio. Instead of asking them to email it (and manually attaching it later), the recruiter shares the public profile link. The candidate uploads the file themselves, and it appears directly in their Files section — no extra steps for the recruiter.
Things to know
This is different from Interest Links, which serve a different purpose — check that article if you're looking for how candidates express interest in a role.
Candidates don't need a Recruiterflow account to use this link.
Field visibility on the public profile is controlled workspace-wide from CRM Settings.
